By creating an account or using Trust Academy (operated by TA Education, Inc.), you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use our services.
Trust Academy provides online training, professional development, and certification preparation for AI governance practitioners. Certification exams are administered separately by the AI Trust Alliance.
You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your credentials and for all activity under your account.
Paid subscriptions are billed monthly or annually as selected. You may cancel at any time; access continues through the end of your billing period. Certification exam fees are separate and non-refundable once an exam session is scheduled.
All course content, assessments, frameworks, and materials are owned by TA Education, Inc. or its licensors. You may not copy, distribute, or create derivative works from our content without written permission.
AIGCP certifications are issued by the AI Trust Alliance. Trust Academy provides training to help you prepare but does not guarantee certification outcomes. Certification requirements, including continuing education, are set by the AI Trust Alliance.

Trust Academy provides training content for educational purposes. We are not liable for decisions made based on our content or for certification outcomes. Our total liability is limited to fees paid in the 12 months preceding any claim.
We may update these terms. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. Material changes will be communicated via email.
